Mera Peak Climbing

Mera peak is one of the most popular of Nepal's 18 "Trekking Peaks". From the trekker, the walk from Lukla through the Sherpa country of the remote Inkhu valley is an unforgettable experience, offering superb scenery, and abundant wildlife - including rumoured sightings of the legendary yeti. Also the highest of the trekking peak with not much requirement of special technical skills or difficult for climbing it's very famous among the trekkers who want to achieve something over 6400meter. About 700 foreign visitors climb the 6661m. Mera peak each year, an achievement which requires basic mountaineering skills and a special permit from the Nepal Mountaineering Association.

ITINERARY:

Day 01: Arrival pickup from international airport at your arrival time, meet and greet with flower garlands and private transportation transfer to Your Hotel.(B.D)

Day 02: Flight: Ktm-Lukla, trek to Chutanga,(3050m.) 4 hours and overnight Camp.(B.L.D)

Day 03: Trek to chhetarwa(4400m.) 6/7 hours and over night camp.(B.L.D)

Day 04: Trek to Osila kharka (4060m.) 6/7 hour and overnight Camp.(B.L.D)

Day 05: Trek to Thangnak (4356m.) 6/7 hour and overnight camp.(B.L.D)

Day 06: Trek to Khare (4659m.) 5/6 hours and over night Camp.(B.L.D)

Day 07: Trek to Mera bascamp (5400m.) 5 hours and overnight Camp.(B.L.D)

Day 08: Climb to high camp 5650m.) 3/4 hours and overnight Camp..(B.L.D)

Day 09: Climb to Mera center (6461m.) summit and back to Bascamp.Camp 7/9 hours and overnight same Camp.(B.L.D)

Day 10: Spare day. (B.L.D)

Day 11: Trek to Chhamlang tso (4900m.) 6 hours and over night Camp.(B.L.D)

Day 12: Trek to Panchpokhari (5484m.) 6 hours and over night Camp.(B.L.D)

Day 13: Trek to Khongma dingma (4948m.) 7 hours and night Camp.(B.L.D)

Day 14: Trek to Thangnak-4320m (6-7 hr) (B.L.D)

Day 15: Trek to chhotrekharka. (4500m.) 6/7 hours and camp. (B.L.D)

Day 16: Trek to Lukla (2840m.) 7/8 hours (B.L.D)

Day 17: Flying back to Kathmandu and Hotel. (B)

Day 18: After your break fast drive to international airport for final departure.
