Newly opened Trekking areas in Nepal
Areas in Taplejung, Solukhumbu, Sankhuwasabha, Mustang, Humla, Darchula and Manang districts were previously restricted for trekkers have been declared open. The new system would now allow tourists to visit Olangchun gola, Lelep and Phapung area of Kanchenjunga region, Hatiya, Topkhegola, Kimathang and Chepuwa area of upper Sankhuwasabha, Nangpala pass of Solukhumbu region, Nar & Phu areas of Northern Manang, Limi village of Simikot area and Mt. Vyas Rishi area.
Newly Opened Trekking Routes:
- ARUN –to- KIMATHANG TREK 18-25 DAYS.
- DHUDH POKHARI –to- RUPINALA TREK 22-28 DAYS.
- KATHMANDU/ BHUDHANILKANTHA / GOSAIKUNDA TREK.
- HUMLA SIMIKOT –to- LIMI KAILASH TREK 18-25 DAYS.
New Routes
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (15:40) meet and greet and transfer to you Hotel by private transport evening welcome dinner with trip briefings.
Day 02: Full day sight seeing around Kathmandu valley, O/n hotel.
Day 03: After your breakfast drive (30 min) to Budhanilkantha (1400m) and trek to Alchhe (1790m), 5 hours. O/n camp.
Day 04: Trek from Alchhe –to- Mane Bhanjyang (1780m), 7 hours. O/n camp.
Day 05: Trek from Mane Bhanjyang –to- Samundratar (996m), 7 hours. O/n camp.
Day 06: Trek from Samundratar –to- Mala bhanjyang (2200m), 5/6 hours. O/n camp.
Day 07: Trek from Mala bhanjyang –to- Sagarkunda (2915m), 7 hours. O/n camp.
Day 08: Trek from Sagarkunda –to- Rauchuli base camp (3758m) (We can see very clear and nice view of Kathmandu valley from here), and trek to Ekle Kunda (3800m), 6 hours. O/n camp.
Day 09: Trek from Ekle Kunda –to- Gosaikunda (4310m) passing Dharmakunda, Karnakunda, Adhbhutkunda, Bedkunda, Agni kunda, Brahmakunda, Seskunda, Byaskunda, Baismpainkunda & Bishnukunda. 6/7 hours. O/n camp.
Day 10: Trek from Gosainkunda –to- Gopte (3430m), 6/7 hours. O/n camp.
Day 11: Trek from Gopte –to- Tarkeghyang (2700m), 6/7 hours. O/n camp.
Day 12: Trek from Tarkeghuang –to- Sera (1050m), 5/6 hours. O/n camp.
Day 13: Drive back to Kathmandu. O/n hotel.
Day 14: Sightseeing in Kathmandu, farewell dinner. O/n hotel.
Day 15: Free day and departure transport to the international airport according to the departure time (departure time to munich 20:20).
