Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1500m)  - transfer hotel 

Day 02: Drive Kathmandu - Gurkha (1060m.) 5 hours drive with all the your crew and immediately start trekking to Arkul (700m) 3 hours and overnight camp.

Day 03: Arkul - Barpak (1950m) 6-7 hours trek and overnight camp.

Day 04: Barpak - Gambugang (295m) 6-7 hours walk.
This day in the beginning the way is flat /straight and descent down 30 minutes to Dorondi Khola after crossing the suspension bridge the way starts to climb for the Gambugang camp side. is only Kharka there are few shelters settlement there because the villagers from Barpak brings their cattle’s there in the summer.and overnight Camp. 
Day 05: Gambugang - Narte pokhari(4150m) 5-6 hours walk.
This day all uphill with Juniper and pine trees forest.and overnight Camp.

Day 06: Narte pokhari - Rupinala glacier (4020m) 8 hours walk.
This day gradually up about 4 hours and pass Rupinala pass 4643m and down hill to the glacier camp. This day is very hard day for this trekking.and overnight Camp

Day 07: Glacier camp to  Gomna-ChulingKhola Kharka (3650m) 5-6 hours walk on the glacier. Around Chuling khola this place is one of the best valley in Nepal for the view and so quite place, we feel like hidden valley eventhough different landscape and mountains.and overnight Camp

Day 08: Chumling – Rachen Gompa (3240m)  7/8 hours trek.and overnight Camp.

Day09: Rachen Gompa – Dupchet(4180m) 6-7hours trek.and overnight Camp.
 
Day 10: Dupchet - chokang Paro (3031m) 6-7 hrs. and overnight Camp..
Day 11: Rest Day at Chhokangparo (3361m -5/6 hours walk-around)

Day 12: Chhokagparo – Nile (3700m) 3/4 hours trek.
 
Day 13: Nile – Bhajya (Chhekya) (3240m) 4/5 hours trek.

Day 14: Bhajyo – Rachen Gumpa (3,210m) 4/5 hours trek.
 
Day 15: Rachen Gumpa – Chumje (2,468m) 5/6 hours trek.

Day 16: Chumje – Bihi (1,990m) 6/ 7 hours trek. 

Day 17: Bihi on Lihi Gompa (2840 m) to Ramen Kunda (3400 m), about six hours to go. 
Parallel to the Tibetan border near Larnaka walk past many long and Manimauern chörten. In Lho you have a beautiful view of the Manaslu. On today's goal to provide the Gelegenhiet that Pung Gyenes Gompa and visit the hot springs. 

Day 18: Ramen for Samagaon Kunda (3460 m), about four hours to go.

Day 19: Samagaon after Samdo (3780 m), about 5 ½ hours to go,Passing the Manaslu Glacier.

Day 20: Samdo: Rest day or climbing the Pallo Peak (5010 m) or more on the traditional route to the Tibetan border to Lajyung Bhanjyang.

Day 21:The bascamp of the Panbari Himal (6905 m)  6-7 hours. and overnight Camp. 
Day 22: -37 days climbing perid.

Day 38: Samdo after Larkya Phedi (4340 m), about four hours to go. 
Past Larkya Bazar, the commercial center of the Tibetan people and the Stations of the Cross into Tibet to Base Camp for the Pass 

Day 39: Larkya Phedi on Larkya Bhanjyang Pass (4990 m) to Bimtang (3590 m) about 8 hours. 
A little steep ascent to the pass, fast descent down past the block work and moraines Ponkarsee huge glacier in a boiler. Lovely view from the pass on the Manaslu and many 7000 and 6000. 

Day 40: Bimtang after Dharapani (1860 m), about six hours to go. 
Along the Milk River Dudh Khola through rhododendron forests down to the grain fields in view of the discontinuation of Manaslu. At the mouth of the Dudh Khola river in the Marsyangdy we get to the route of the Annpurna-orbit, the river is crossed several times on suspension bridges. 

Day 41: Dharapani after shyage (1150 m) about 6 hours to go. 

Day 42: After your good break fast drive back to chitwan  7 -8 hours by jeep. 

Day 43: Chitwan  sightseeing. 

Day 44: drive back to kathmandu and overnight Hotel.

Day 45: Your final depature..

  • Personal expenses (phone calls, laundry, bar bills, battery recharge, water bottle, hot shower during the trekking etc.)
