ITINERARY:
Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu
Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel in Kathmandu. dinner with breifing.

Day 02: Kathmandu , Patan And Swoyambhunath Stupa
Today morning we visit the historic old city of Kathmandu. Around theold king palace( Hanuman Dhoka ), there are dozens of Hindu templeswith carved wooden beams made of brown-black Sal Tree. Passing thelargest and oldest temple in the city, the Taleju Pagoda, After lunch,we can make trip to Swayambunath. The Stupa is the largest sanctuary ofthe Newar Buddhists and located on a hill above the Kathmandu Valley.From here, you can see a beautiful view of the Kathmandu Valley, andalso you can attend sometimes a Buddhist ceremony. After here we driveto Patan City . We will visit the royal city of Patan: Patan is thecradle of arts, crafts and the center of the Newar architecture. Themain buildings are grouped around the Mangal Durbar, the heart of thecity, the heart of the magnificent royal palace.
We see ourselves thepagodas , crowned by statues of columns, the facade of the Royal Palaceand other temples and Monasteries, as the Maha-baudha ( "Temple of 1000Buddhas") and the 5-storey pagoda-Hindu Kumbeshvar

Day 3: Fly to Biratnagar
Wefly, depending on the flight schedule, morning or afternoon to easternNepal. If everything goes as planned, brings us in the city ofBiratnagar (paved runway), on the border with India. There, we spend anight in a hotel and (BD)

Day 4: Flight to Suketar - Lali Kharka
swe fly in the morning about 30 minutes north into the mountains toSuketar (2350 m), the district capital of Taplejung. The landing stripis located on a spectacular ridge. The our support team is waiting forus,then we go. We walk slowly and slightly up to tea House at DeuraliBhanjang (2,450 m) and through the forest next to the pass (2,650 m).After pass , the way down to Lali Kharka (2,305 m).

Day 5: Tembewa - Simbu - Sinchewa Bhanjyang
Passingterrace fields, we arrive to Tembewa, a beautiful village with strawcovered Houses (2000 m). About Simbu (1,800 m), We walk steeplydownhill, through millet and rice fields through to the valley base(1,300 m). Over a small bridge brings us to the other side of thevalley and climb through populated areas. We cross a wide valley to asmall village in Sinchewa Bhanjyang (2,130 m).

Day 6: Kesheba - Anpan - Phumphedanda
Throughterraced fields reach to Kesheba (2,000 m) and another pretty villageand a beautiful jungle-like forest with ferns and orchids. First wewalk steeply up to 1720 m and then in constant ups and downs to Anpan(1,834 m). By paddy fields we walk to Yangpang. Well, it goes through ajungle-like forest steep downhill, past small waterfalls and in theconstant ups and downs to Phumphedanda-teahouse.

Day 7: Mamangkha - Yamphudin
Weclimb into a ditch and into the valley next to a bridge (1,530 m).After a steep climb we reach Mamangkha (1,790 m), a large village withbeautiful houses and flowers on the balconies and gardens. In constantups and downs on steep slopes down to the river and soon reach thevillage Yamphudin (1,700 m).

Day 8: Dhupi Bhanjyang Pass - Omje Khola valley
Afterthe check post we walk over to a wooden bridge towards Khola valley, wewalk slowly and steadily climb to the Dhupi Bhanjyang Pass (2,550 m).Through the forest, around 2.5 hours we reach to pass. After a break,we received countless wooden steps through a forests of the valley OmjeKhola and reach down after about 45 minutes to the camp (2,340 m).

Day 9: Lamite Bhanjyang - Simbuwa Khola (Tortong)
wewalk steep up " through thick bamboo and rhododendron forest . Here upand gaining altitude rapidly. The view over the valley is countlesshills to the low-lying Yamphudin. After about 3.5 to 4.5 hours, wearrive at the Lamite Bhanjyang Pass (3,410 m) and are now moving backthrough the dense forest into Simbuwa from Khola valley. Riverside atthe bridge, we find a good place to camp (3,000 m).

Day 10: Anda Phedi - Tseram
wewalk into the valley through a forest of giant rhododendrons andHimalaya zedern whose trunks almost two meters in diameter. After afirst bend we can see high snow-capped mountains. The valley is nowmore and more beautiful. After about 2.5 to 3.5 hour we reach to Andaphedi (3,560 m). we walk on the right side of the valley of the SimbuwaKhola. The river here has been deeply incised. Passing by prayer flags,in part, on the riverbank, partly in the forest, we walk further toreach the valley and after a short steep climb on a small terracesituated Tseram (3,870 m). We can see mt. Kabru from the Valley

Day 11: Rest day
Akklimationday in Tseram . We can wash our dirty clothes. Our team will provideyou warm water to clean up your body on day time, if weather is good.

Day 12: Lapsang - Ramche
Passingthrough Lapsang Bara, a small Yak grazing land, we walk down to thevalley. About magnificent alpine land we arrive to Lapsang (4,320 m).Huge Yak herd graze in the meadows. Passing small, accumulated throughthe moraine lakes we reach to Ramche (4,615 m), an idyllic resort,nestled between the Rathong and Kokhtang, on the edge of the YalungGlacier. Camp.

Day 13: Oktang
(A) Those we do not want to climb San Pati Peak can walk along Yalungglacier. After about 2 hours on a gently rising path we come to Oktang(4,850 m), where a small prayer flags chorten with invites us to rest.As the ranks of an amphitheatre stagger the surrounding glaciers, rocksand ice peaks in the sky and good to see are south of Kanchenjunga, themore than 7,300 m high peaks of the Massive-Kabru to which connectRathong and Kokthan Peak. Between them lies the striking Rathong La tothe Sikkim in a few days achievable. Oktang is well suited as astarting point for short excursions or for a picnic, before returningto camp in Ramche

Day 13: Sun Pati Peak
Todayafter breakfast you can climb to the technically not so hard Sun PatiPeak (5,500 m). The ascent of 900 meters takes 3-4 hrs. The stage isdue to the altitude and steep with boulders and scree-covered slopeshard and requires sure-footedness and dizziness freedom. Top offers anincredible panoramic view of the entire Kanchenjunga panoroma to theWest, main and South Summit. It was named the Sun Pati ( "golden leaf")because at the edge of the Yalung glacier many rhododendron bushes growthe same name. Our descent takes 2-3 hrs to the Yalung glacier and intothe camp of Ramche ( 4.600 m) .If we have luck ,we can see blue sheep.

Day 14: Upper-Tseram
Today we walk slightly downhill to the already well-known Tseram and Above the pasture at 4100 m altitude of our camp.
Duration 2.5 - 3 hours, 500m ascent, 600m descent; night in the tent, (BLD)
Day 15: Sinelapche Bhanjyang - Mirgin La - Sinion La - La Sele
Recoveredand rested, we start early ascent to the pass. Soon we arrive at twosmall lakes, Chaklung Pokhari and we see the prayer flags and stonefigures on the first pass, the Sinelapche Bhanjyang (4,685 m). Fromhere we again have a wonderful view to the "Kantian"-South Summit. Nowwe cross to the west side and reach in constant ups and downs the toMirgin La (4,620 m). After crossing another ballast tank, we are on theSinion La(4.600)m high. Far to the northwest is the summit of Makalucan be seen in clear weather and even the summit of Mt Everest todiscover. Behind the next bend of Yannu stands majestically with itshuge ice wall before us. Downward crossing, we arrive at the La Sele(4,300 m) and climb over the steep mountain pastures mat down to thecamp site (4,200 m) in a small creek.

Day 16: Ghunsa
We walk today slightly downhill to Ghunsa Khola into the valley. Now wedip into a dense rhododendron forest and very steep climb from thevalley. Here we can already see Ghunsa. Soon, the way go flat, andcoming to potato fields having double-decker houses in the village:Below are the stone walls surrounded by stables, a staircase leads tothe above-lying residential areas. At the Police Check Post in Ghunsacontrolled our Trekking Permits. On some farms (3,500 m), we establishour tents.

Day 17: Rampuk Kharka - Kambachen
Todaywe walk to rocky terrain and mixed (Rhododendron, larches, Barberry,Juniper, etc along the river , sometimes up to higher regions. After 3hours behind Rampuk Kharka is a steep climb on a rocky hill to cope. Inclear weather, we can see the Yannu (or Kumbhakarna, 7,710 m high), oneof the locals holy mountain. It is currently not climb because nopermit for a summit gear is issued. Gradually, the different trees andlow bushes( Dakunapo )we arrived at the Kambachen ( 4130 m). Here inthe west we can see the summit Sharphu Massive (7,070 m).

Day 18: Ramtang - Lhonak Camp
Onthe right side of the Ghunsa Khola ,we follow the path above the river,coming through rocky area, rising briefly to the river and continueuphill march of a terraced hill. The valley widens, and after about 2.5hours, we meet on the small huts at the Ramtang. First, relativelyflat, then over a small moraine withdraws the route in 2 hours untilthe mouth of the side of Lhonak glacier. Here at Lhonak Camp (4,780 m)near the terminal moraine of the Kanchenjunga glacier, we set up campwith views of many six-and seven-thousand.

Day 19: Pang Pema - Kanchenjunga Base Camp
Onthe right side of the Kanchenjunga glacier, we walk upward. On thehorizon appear several thousands on Seven, such as Pyramid Peak (7,123m), Tent Peak (7,365 m), Nepal Peak (7,168 m) and the Twins (7,350 m).Our path leads continue up through beautiful alpine pasture until weare in the truest sense of the word, the culmination of the trek reachthe camp at Pang Pema 5,150 m, beneath the majestic Kangchenjunga,8,598 m of altitude third highest mountain in the world. Anoverwhelming sight of the efforts of the past fades into hiking! Thecampground at the foot of the nearly 7,000 m high peak i Drohma ,northern Kanchenjunga Base Camp. Here, sometimes we can be see largeherds of blue sheep

Day 20: Reserve day

Day 21: Lhonak - Kambachen
We leave the base camp and return to a known path through Lhonak back to Kambachen (4,130 m).

Day 22: Ghunsa - peripheral
AboutGhunsa valley we walk in the direction Phal (3,200 m, also calledperipheral), a village of Tibetan refugees who settled here after 1959.Here are two gompas, one of the Gelugpa (Yellow Hats-school), and oneof the Nyingmapa (Rotmützen-school). Day 23: Gyabla - Amjilosa
Today we walk at Valley leads through larchen forest and later throughrhododendron forest. Steep climb to the stream bed we starting to pointto the same place Gyabla (2,750 m) positions. Now the path isdifficult. Once again it goes down to the creek and it goes again steepup 300 meters. We walk through dense bamboo jungle. The valley isdeeply incised and the slopes on both sides are extremely steep. Soonwe reach the first houses of Amjilosa (2,450 m).

Day 24: Camp before Sekanthum
We have some steep up and downs in the lush vegetation to cope. There is a new way with many times we cross river to Japantar.

Day 25: Chirwa
Soonwe reach the small village Sekanthum (1,700 m), a little further wecome to the meeting of three rivers: From the north comes the TamurKhola, from the northeast is Ghunsa Khola (originates at theKanchenjunga Glacier) and from east is Simbua Khola , comes from theYalung glacier. The Tamur Khola Valley, we walk in constant ebb andflow outward to Chirwa (1,250 m).

Day 26: Jogidanda - Gavidanda - Bhanjyang
Weleave the Tamur Khola valley and wander leisurely only ascending, thena little steeper (but always up and down) to the village Jogidanda(1,100 m). Behind theridge called Gavidanda (2.000m), we reach our campat Bhanjyang.
Time 6-7 hours, 1500m ascent, 800m descent; night in the tent, (BLD)
Day 27: Suketar
Todaywe walk in a Sherpa - community gone further in the direction Suketar.The last time we find our tents (2,350 m). At night, we can celebratewith our monitoring team.

Day 28: Return to Kathmandu
Todayis the return from Suketar to Biratnagar then after to Kathmandu to ourhotel. In the case of air failure until we fly the next day toKathmandu. Overnight at the hotel; (B)
Day 29: Sightseeing of Bhaktapur, bodnath and pasupatinath Temple
Afterthe breakfast drive to Bhaktapur City: As a cultural highlight of ourvisits, we expected the royal city of Bhaktapur, as the most beautifulcity in the whole country. A unique feature is, its well-preserved inthe 70’s restored medieval town. The Durbar Square, we admire the Hindutemple with painted wood carvings and stone animals and protect thegilded entrance portal of the royal palace.
We come to the placewith the tallest pagoda of Nepal, the Nyatapola. Hear nearby is thepottery square that attract ions of tour and after here we visit to theeast of the city, to the Dattatreya Square. Here we can see old priesthouses with finest wood carvings and many more museums. Peacock We canfirst visit Pashupatinath on the side of holy Bagmati River . ForHindus, this is the holiest place in Nepal. Faithful pilgrimage fromIndia even to this memorial for the god Shiva, who in his incarnationas Lord of the wildlife is revered. The pagoda-style temple built inthe main is only accessible to Hindus, but from the outside is to lookat the huge gold bull Nandi possible. From a panoramic terraceoverlooking the whole area, with its temples, shrines, death bodyceremony and temples and platform on the banks of the Bagmati, wherepilgrims perform the ritual acts. Next we go to Bodnath, the religiouscentre of the Tibetans living in Nepal. The stupa is one of the biggestStupa in world. You can see ma with praying wheels, Pilligrims providesplenty of atmosphere. If possible, take a look at the richly decoratedearlier gompa lies at the west of the Stupa, in which a superior-statue of Maitreya Buddha enthroned. (B)

Day 13: Sun Pati Peak
Todayafter breakfast you can climb to the technically not so hard Sun PatiPeak (5,500 m). The ascent of 900 meters takes 3-4 hrs. The stage isdue to the altitude and steep with boulders and scree-covered slopeshard and requires sure-footedness and dizziness freedom. Top offers anincredible panoramic view of the entire Kanchenjunga panoroma to theWest, main and South Summit. It was named the Sun Pati ( "golden leaf")because at the edge of the Yalung glacier many rhododendron bushes growthe same name. Our descent takes 2-3 hrs to the Yalung glacier and intothe camp of Ramche ( 4.600 m) .If we have luck ,we can see blue sheep.

Day 14: Upper-Tseram
Today we walk slightly downhill to the already well-known Tseram and Above the pasture at 4100 m altitude of our camp.

Day 15: Sinelapche Bhanjyang - Mirgin La - Sinion La - La Sele
Recoveredand rested, we start early ascent to the pass. Soon we arrive at twosmall lakes, Chaklung Pokhari and we see the prayer flags and stonefigures on the first pass, the Sinelapche Bhanjyang (4,685 m). Fromhere we again have a wonderful view to the "Kantian"-South Summit. Nowwe cross to the west side and reach in constant ups and downs the toMirgin La (4,620 m). After crossing another ballast tank, we are on theSinion La(4.600)m high. Far to the northwest is the summit of Makalucan be seen in clear weather and even the summit of Mt Everest todiscover. Behind the next bend of Yannu stands majestically with itshuge ice wall before us. Downward crossing, we arrive at the La Sele(4,300 m) and climb over the steep mountain pastures mat down to thecamp site (4,200 m) in a small creek.

Day 16: Ghunsa
We walk today slightly downhill to Ghunsa Khola into the valley. Now wedip into a dense rhododendron forest and very steep climb from thevalley. Here we can already see Ghunsa. Soon, the way go flat, andcoming to potato fields having double-decker houses in the village:Below are the stone walls surrounded by stables, a staircase leads tothe above-lying residential areas. At the Police Check Post in Ghunsacontrolled our Trekking Permits. On some farms (3,500 m), we establishour tents.

Day 17: Rampuk Kharka - Kambachen
Todaywe walk to rocky terrain and mixed (Rhododendron, larches, Barberry,Juniper, etc along the river , sometimes up to higher regions. After 3hours behind Rampuk Kharka is a steep climb on a rocky hill to cope. Inclear weather, we can see the Yannu (or Kumbhakarna, 7,710 m high), oneof the locals holy mountain. It is currently not climb because nopermit for a summit gear is issued. Gradually, the different trees andlow bushes( Dakunapo )we arrived at the Kambachen ( 4130 m). Here inthe west we can see the summit Sharphu Massive (7,070 m).

Day 18: Ramtang - Lhonak Camp
Onthe right side of the Ghunsa Khola ,we follow the path above the river,coming through rocky area, rising briefly to the river and continueuphill march of a terraced hill. The valley widens, and after about 2.5hours, we meet on the small huts at the Ramtang. First, relativelyflat, then over a small moraine withdraws the route in 2 hours untilthe mouth of the side of Lhonak glacier. Here at Lhonak Camp (4,780 m)near the terminal moraine of the Kanchenjunga glacier, we set up campwith views of many six-and seven-thousand.

Day 19: Pang Pema - Kanchenjunga Base Camp
Onthe right side of the Kanchenjunga glacier, we walk upward. On thehorizon appear several thousands on Seven, such as Pyramid Peak (7,123m), Tent Peak (7,365 m), Nepal Peak (7,168 m) and the Twins (7,350 m).Our path leads continue up through beautiful alpine pasture until weare in the truest sense of the word, the culmination of the trek reachthe camp at Pang Pema 5,150 m, beneath the majestic Kangchenjunga,8,598 m of altitude third highest mountain in the world. Anoverwhelming sight of the efforts of the past fades into hiking! Thecampground at the foot of the nearly 7,000 m high peak i Drohma ,northern Kanchenjunga Base Camp. Here, sometimes we can be see largeherds of blue sheep

Day 20: Reserve day
Todaywe can have a reserve day.Otherwise, it stands for small excursionsavailable from the base camp to various vantage points.

Day 21: Lhonak - Kambachen
We leave the base camp and return to a known path through Lhonak back to Kambachen (4,130 m).

Day 22: Ghunsa - peripheral
AboutGhunsa valley we walk in the direction Phal (3,200 m, also calledperipheral), a village of Tibetan refugees who settled here after 1959.Here are two gompas, one of the Gelugpa (Yellow Hats-school), and oneof the Nyingmapa (Rotmützen-school). Day 23: Gyabla - Amjilosa
Today we walk at Valley leads through larchen forest and later throughrhododendron forest. Steep climb to the stream bed we starting to pointto the same place Gyabla (2,750 m) positions. Now the path isdifficult. Once again it goes down to the creek and it goes again steepup 300 meters. We walk through dense bamboo jungle. The valley isdeeply incised and the slopes on both sides are extremely steep. Soonwe reach the first houses of Amjilosa (2,450 m).

Day 24: Camp before Sekanthum
We have some steep up and downs in the lush vegetation to cope. There is a new way with many times we cross river to Japantar.

Day 25: Chirwa
Soonwe reach the small village Sekanthum (1,700 m), a little further wecome to the meeting of three rivers: From the north comes the TamurKhola, from the northeast is Ghunsa Khola (originates at theKanchenjunga Glacier) and from east is Simbua Khola , comes from theYalung glacier. The Tamur Khola Valley, we walk in constant ebb andflow outward to Chirwa (1,250 m).

Day 26: Jogidanda - Gavidanda - Bhanjyang
Weleave the Tamur Khola valley and wander leisurely only ascending, thena little steeper (but always up and down) to the village Jogidanda(1,100 m). Behind theridge called Gavidanda (2.000m), we reach our campat Bhanjyang.

Day 27: Suketar
Todaywe walk in a Sherpa - community gone further in the direction Suketar.The last time we find our tents (2,350 m). At night, we can celebratewith our monitoring team.

Day 28: Return to Kathmandu
Todayis the return from Suketar to Biratnagar then after to Kathmandu to ourhotel. In the case of air failure until we fly the next day toKathmandu. Overnight at the hotel; (B)
Day 29: Sightseeing of Bhaktapur, bodnath and pasupatinath Temple
Afterthe breakfast drive to Bhaktapur City: As a cultural highlight of ourvisits, we expected the royal city of Bhaktapur, as the most beautifulcity in the whole country. A unique feature is, its well-preserved inthe 70’s restored medieval town. The Durbar Square, we admire the Hindutemple with painted wood carvings and stone animals and protect thegilded entrance portal of the royal palace.
We come to the placewith the tallest pagoda of Nepal, the Nyatapola. Hear nearby is thepottery square that attract ions of tour and after here we visit to theeast of the city, to the Dattatreya Square. Here we can see old priesthouses with finest wood carvings and many more museums. Peacock We canfirst visit Pashupatinath on the side of holy Bagmati River . ForHindus, this is the holiest place in Nepal. Faithful pilgrimage fromIndia even to this memorial for the god Shiva, who in his incarnationas Lord of the wildlife is revered. The pagoda-style temple built inthe main is only accessible to Hindus, but from the outside is to lookat the huge gold bull Nandi possible. From a panoramic terraceoverlooking the whole area, with its temples, shrines, death bodyceremony and temples and platform on the banks of the Bagmati, wherepilgrims perform the ritual acts. Next we go to Bodnath, the religiouscentre of the Tibetans living in Nepal. The stupa is one of the biggestStupa in world. You can see ma with praying wheels, Pilligrims providesplenty of atmosphere. If possible, take a look at the richly decoratedearlier gompa lies at the west of the Stupa, in which a superior-statue of Maitreya Buddha enthroned. (B)
Day 30: Depature From Nepal
Todayif you have flight in afternoon or evening, there is a possibility ofFlying Himalayan Mountain Flight. For departure, you have to Transferto Airport (B)
